The Murderess by Allison West
Series: Courtesan Slave Trade Book 1

Women that leave the royal harem, cast out by a Prince of Brayleigh, are sent into the Courtesan Slave Trade. Prince Aaron wants nothing to do with his father’s dark dealings and sinister ways. Sneaking his beloved women away each month is a tedious task and poses great risk.
With no choice but to choose a woman to leave the royal harem, Aaron needs time to think. He evades the guards and his father’s clutches on an adventure outside of the palace.
Love blossoms and danger lurks as Prince Aaron is forced to return home. Can he disrupt the Courtesan Slave Trade or will the courtesans find themselves in a fate worse than hell?
A dystopian erotic adventure featuring a kick-ass heroine and a virtuous prince.
Courtesan Slave Trade is a spin-off series featuring Prince Aaron of Gem Apocalypse by Ravyn Rayne. This book begins two days before The Emerald Virgin. It can be read as a stand-alone but will be enjoyed even more by those that have read The Gem Apocalypse saga.

EXCERPT

Aaron had been given driving lessons but that had been more out of sheer curiosity. His father had no knowledge of the instructions or practice trips to the black market with the driver. The lesson had been a secret gift, but for what reason? Aaron recognized people could be nice, but they never gave without wanting something later in return, even if it was a favor. As a prince of Brayleigh, he had to be careful what he promised.
Aaron started the engine and slowly lurched forward, waiting for the exit at the gate allowing him to leave. From the rearview mirror, he watched a dark blue sedan pull out from the parking lot. The only cars on the premises were those owned by the royal family.
Without a doubt, Aaron watched the guard follow him from the palace. He inched forward through the gate and then pressed the pedal down to the floor, speeding away from the palace onto the paved road. There were a few roads that were kept in moderate condition for the royal family. Most had been abandoned, much like cars.
Aaron hugged the curves of the road, refusing to slow as the road winded farther from the palace.
"Where are we heading?" a soft feminine voice asked, popping herself up from the almost non-existent backseat. There wasn't much room. She laid on the seat, a black blanket covering her, blending into the seat.
His eyes widened and heart leapt as he glanced back at the blonde haired, blue eyed beauty.
"What the hell are you doing, Celeste?" Aaron asked.
"I wanted to be with you," she said. "You always sneak off from the palace, and I thought you wouldn't mind the company. Where are we going?"

THE code OF THE WEST – By Kelly Dawson

THE code OF THE WEST – By Kelly Dawson
Author Bio:  Kelly Dawson loves anything to do with horses, rodeos and cowboys, and loves to get lost in a good book - preferably a rural romance where a strong woman falls in love with a ruggedly-handsome, tough but gentle cowboy, and these are the types of characters who feature in the stories she writes. Only in Kelly’s books, the cowboys are even better because they spank!
She lives literally at the bottom of the world in the South Island of New Zealand, with her husband, four kids, a dog and a cat.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Are you like any of your heroines?
Parts of me are, yes. But mostly, my heroines are a mix of myself, people I know, and the completely made-up.
How many books have you written? Are they all spanking fiction?
I have 4 books published now, heaps that are in various stages of progress, and heaps more ideas swirling around in my head. No, they’re not all spanking fiction, but they’re all romance. Although it will be a while before something that isn’t spanking fiction will be published.

Do you have a specific writing style?
I thought I did, but it turns out that no, I don’t. The way I write, the topics I choose … they’re constantly changing and developing. That’s a good thing, right?

Do you see writing as a career?
Absolutely! It doesn’t pay very much yet, but I’m hopeful that it will, one day. Being a writer is what I’ve always wanted to do, so this opportunity is a dream come true for me.

What is the best thing you have done in your life?
Marrying my wonderful husband and having my 4 beautiful children. They are what makes my life worth living.

Tell us about a unique or quirky habit of yours
I have Tourette’s Syndrome. So while the strange things I do aren’t exactly habits, it looks like they are. Other than my visible tics, I have to peg all my washing on the line using colour-co-ordinated pegs, and things must be hung up a certain way. If anyone helps me hang out the washing it drives me insane, because I’m going along after them, “fixing” it all LOL.

Have you ever had the feeling you were being watched?
All the time! Not so much since we’ve been in this house, but I swear a previous house we lived in was haunted. I felt like there was always something looking over my shoulder. It was horrid!

What's your favorite material object that you already own?
My laptop. I would be lost without it.

If you could eliminate one thing from your daily schedule, what would it be and why?
Washing dishes. Self-explanatory really! – I hate washing dishes – they’re never ending!

Tea or coffee?
Coffee. Vanilla latte, preferably.

In the years since the tragic death of her parents, Jedda-Lyn Cross has given everything she has to keep the family ranch running. She has grown accustomed to getting no help at all from her alcoholic brother, but when his violent, sadistic friend tries to make Jedda his wife against her will, it is the last straw.

Her attacker is the son of the richest family in town, and with the corrupt sheriff ready to do his bidding Jedda is desperate to leave town in a hurry. With no money and no horse, her best chance of making her escape comes in the form of a soon-to-be-departing cattle drive led by the famous trail boss Wes Jordan. But a young woman has little hope of gaining employment on a cattle drive, so drastic measures will be required…

Wes is none too pleased when he discovers that the new drover he hired is actually a beautiful twenty-two-year-old woman disguised as a boy, but after hearing Jedda’s story he promises to protect her. As he quickly realizes, however, that will be easier said than done. Jedda is sassy, headstrong, and in serious need of a good, hard, bare-bottom spanking, and when her reckless disregard for her own safety finally pushes him too far, Wes takes her firmly in hand.

After a painful, humiliating punishment from the handsome trail boss, Jedda is left with her bottom burning and her mind set awhirl. In spite of everything, she aches for Wes to take her in his arms, and when at last he does the pleasure of his skillful, passionate lovemaking nearly takes her breath away. But with her obsessed former suitor and his hired guns still after her, can she bring herself to accept the fact that, for a man like Wes, risking his life to protect the woman he loves is just part of what it means to live by the code of the west.

Publisher’s Note: The Code of the West is an erotic romance novel that contains sexual scenes and spankings, including domestic discipline in a historical setting. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

The gunfire was deafening. There was shooting all around. So far, it didn’t look like any of the men in camp had been hit, but that could change. Looking around at his men, he was pleased to see they had taken cover well, biding their time, waiting for the outlaws to make a mistake so they could get off the perfect shot. They were too experienced at this sort of thing to give away their positions by firing without a sure target.
He turned back to the task at hand. Jed had her pistol in front of her and was re-loading her rifle. She was a good shot, but he noticed something else about her as well, something important. She was courageous – she had openly defied him to fight alongside his men, and she was doing it well. She was level-headed, calm and gutsy. She kept loading the rifle methodically, her aim was sure and steady; when she squeezed off a shot, she usually hit what she was aiming at. He watched her kill another outlaw.
A bullet hit the ground right in front of the wagon, spraying up dust into her face. She didn’t even flinch, but calmly let off another shot. She didn’t appear to be afraid, although he knew she was. They all were. She wasn’t even aware that he was watching her, as she fired off shot after shot, calmly and methodically reloading, taking aim and firing … but he was watching. And as he watched, he realised what a good wife she would make him. She was so brave, so loyal, so willing to do whatever was necessary. He was more determined than ever to marry her once this was all over.

A Little Sunshine By Maggie Ryan and Abbie Adams

By
Maggie Ryan and Abbie Adams

A vacation at an all-inclusive resort in Cancun… who could turn that down? A librarian named Sunny that's who. After learning that her best friend, Tiffany, can no longer accompany her on their dream vacation, Sunny is prepared to stay home in her safe little world. Tiff is having none of that and forces Sunny to take the trip as well as promise to have enough fun for the both of them. Capitulating, Sunny boards the plane with nothing more than her beloved naughty books and her vivid imagination as her travel companions. The only redeeming factor is that she will have an entire week to indulge herself—even if only in her fantasies.
Mexico has so much to offer—the sparkling Caribbean Sea, white beaches, lush green rain-forests and the heat is not confined to the sun. Sultry Latin men with nefarious plans, an ancient civilization and incredibly sexy identical cowboys give her everything she needs to fuel her daydreams.  So why does one face keep creeping into her dreams?
Ever since she witnessed Tiff's older brother spanking his girlfriend, her mind has replayed and rewritten the scene a thousand times. How many times has she imagined taking the place of the girl over his lap, begging her Daddy not to spank her anymore? But, how can Trent become not only her lover but her Daddy if he doesn't know she is alive?
Every time Trent has tried to talk to Sunny, she hurries away, but the look in her eyes has his every instinct humming. Learning that she is alone in Mexico, his plan begins to develop. The moment he spies the beautiful, half-naked young woman over-indulging in Jose Cuervo, he knows it's time to bare his heart and, of course, turn her over his knee and spank her bare bottom. She's always been his Little Sunny but it was time to teach her all the ways she could burn.
What will happen when Sunny discovers that while she could easily choreograph a fantasy and wake up before she truly paid a price for her naughtiness, spankings given by a real flesh and blood Daddy on a bare backside really hurt! Or is Trent just a figment of her imagination and she is still dreaming?

When the door closed, she sat down on the bed again. Her heart was pounding. She had no doubt that this wasn't a fantasy for if it were, she'd have been naked and he'd have either been spanking her or be sunk deep inside her. Nope, this was definitely reality and it took her a moment to realize that this was good—no, not good—this was fantastic. How many men wouldn't have immediately taken her to bed and not just to nap? He wasn't only a great guy and a perfect Daddy, Trent was a gentleman.
Standing, she smiled and walked into the bathroom. By the time his knock sounded, she was slipping the last silver hoop earring into her ears. "It's open," she called out.
Trent pushed the door open and her breath caught when she walked out and saw him. God, he was the most incredibly handsome man she'd ever seen. She took a step towards him and then realized that he wasn't smiling.
"Um, are you okay?"
"Sunny, did I not make a lasting impression yesterday?"
"What?" She didn't miss the fact that he took a deep breath before he spoke again.
"Tell me, why did I spank you yesterday?"
Though she didn't understand his reason for asking, she did understand he expected an answer. "Because I behaved badly."
"How exactly did you behave badly, Sunny?"
Did he really expect her to list all those transgressions? "I thought you said once I was… um, punished, that all was forgiven."
"I did and you are," he said, still not having moved from the door. "However, when it is obvious the lesson wasn't truly learned, then I'll make sure it is repeated until it has been."
"I'm not sure what you expect me to say?" she said.
"I expect you to remember the reason why I had to bust your ass," he said, his voice a bit sterner and she felt the skin on that said ass begin to tingle. When she still didn't speak, he turned and made a show of gripping the edge of the door before flipping the security latch into its proper position and then shutting the door with a bang.
She jumped at the sound even as understanding dawned. "I'm sorry, I just put the latch like that so you could come inside if I was still in the bathroom." The look he gave her told her that excuse was not a good one. "I'm really sorry. I guess… no, I know that anyone could have come into my room. It was stupid. I won't do it again." For some reason, his nod did nothing to assuage the feeling that she'd really disappointed him. Making a decision that would set the tone of their future, she turned away and began to walk away. Before she took the second step, she was halted by his voice.
"I thought you promised never to run again."
"I'm not running, Daddy." Taking the last few steps, she returned and did what she needed to do, hoping that he understood why she was doing it. Handing him the brush she'd retrieved from the bathroom, she turned from him, reached up beneath her dress and tugged her panties down to her knees. Lifting her skirt, she placed her hands on the bend, supporting her weight and presented her bared bottom to her Daddy. She held her breath and closed her eyes.

Maggie Ryan

Author for Blushing Books.  I write both contemporary erotica and historical spanking romances.  I enjoy writing about characters that enjoy the provocative D/S lifestyle of today’s times as well as taking a step back into the past to write stories that take place in the Victorian era with age-play as a theme.
I live in the great Lone Star state with my wonderful husband.  I have always loved reading.  Growing up in a family with four children, it was difficult finding a place to be alone.  I was probably one of the squeakiest clean girls on the planet as I would spend hours in the tub so I could read without being bothered.  It wasn’t long before I began to make up my own endings to the books I was reading.  From there, it just seemed natural to begin writing my own stories.
I never try to restrict myself to any one genre because there are just too many delicious possibilities out there and inside my head.  I admit to being somewhat of a romantic though as my stories always must have a great deal of love, passion, corporal discipline and, of course, great, mind-blowing sex.  I want my readers to be able to see, hear, feel and know the characters that I’m creating as well as I do when I bring them to life and transfer their stories to paper.  I want my women to be strong of character but also strong enough to know that submission given in love and trust to your partner does not make you weaker, it makes you far stronger.    I want my men to be sexy, strong, demanding alpha males who know how to take what they want while acknowledging it is a gift they have been blessed with by the women that have chosen to submit to them.  I want there to be no doubt that they truly would die for the other no matter how others might view their relationship.

Spy Games Book by Heather Hart

Blurb:

Fresh out of training, the Agency sends Kassie Shannon into the secret world of Robert Redmond. They know he’s using his billion-dollar software company to steal sensitive information. What they don’t know is who he is selling the stolen information to, and it’s her job to find out.

He is a highly organized and secretive individual, and gaining Robert’s trust will be no easy task. But his Achilles’ heel is his passion for the BDSM lifestyle, so she poses as a trainee submissive and puts herself in his path.

Naturally cautious, Robert has never let a woman get under his skin. Until now. There’s something appealing about this inquisitive brunette with her oddly changeable personality and her passion for all things painful. He agrees to become her master, but soon falls for the chameleon beauty who is quickly becoming the most promising novice he has ever trained.

For Kassie there’s one big problem, though. The first rule of spying is not to fall in love on the job. Yet it’s hard to keep a professional detachment when your mark is all you ever wanted in a partner, and one who keeps opening doors to pleasures she never knew existed.

Still, sooner or later she will have to choose between two opposing demands—the cause she believes in, or the man she is bound to. Whichever choice she makes, it is likely that no one will win.

Excerpt

What did he have in mind for her this time? She dropped her purse on the floor by her feet and spread her legs apart, grounding herself on the cold marble. Then, one by one, she slowly flipped out each remaining button, taking care not to open the dress to show her naked flesh, but teasing him, urging him to step forward and touch her because, somehow, even though she should have remained detached, she really wanted him to make a move on her. Her very skin ached with desire, and she closed her eyes, imaging his mouth on hers, his skin on hers, his cock inside her. She was burning with unexpected passion, and her hand dropped to her side, waiting for his next instruction, hoping, as ever, he would take things to the next level.

Interview with Heather Hart

Now, Heather, tell us about Spy Games – Assassins.
Assassins is a power-play story about a novice spy.  She masquerades as a submissive to bring down a man thought to be selling secrets to the enemy. But what begins as a mission soon turns into a journey of self-discovery, in a world where nothing is quite what it seems. The idea came out of nowhere and it’s been a lot of fun writing about Kassie and Robert. They get up to a lot of naughtiness and always manage to surprise me.

Can you tell us what you are working on now?
Sure.  ‘Kinky Assassins’ and ‘Stolen Love’ were released together in November, and the third in the series, ‘A Swinging Christmas’ will be out  in December. So the next book will actually be the fourth in the series – and at the moment it’s tentatively called, ‘The Player’s Club.’ Like most of my stories I’m thrashing it out in my head first, but once I have a strong outline, it won’t take long to get it down.

What books have most influenced your life most?
Oh, so, so many - - it’s hard to pick a few. I have always adored Oscar Wilde, Hardy, Austen and Dickens. But I like modern stuff too, and go gaga for the Harry Potter series, just like everyone else. The first erotica I ever read was, ‘The Story of O.’ And yes, it turned me to on read it. It’s a great example of well-written erotica.

If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor?
I have different mentors at different times. The last book I finished was Stephen King’s, ‘On Writing,’ but now I’m reading, ‘The Dark Witch,’ by Nora Roberts. Every writer I have ever read is a mentor to me – I like to study their voice and sentence structure – if I love something I like to rip it apart and ask myself why it worked - - it’s a great way to hone your craft.

Do you use a pseudonym? If so how did you choose it?
Heather Hart was a bit of a lottery. I love attending the Blushing chat night, and threw some choices out there.  Maggie Ryan (love her) helped me choose this one.

How important are names to you in your books? Do you choose the names based on liking the way it sounds or the meaning? Do you have any name choosing resources you recommend?
Sometimes a character name just comes to me, and sometimes they have meaning. But it’s entirely random. I recommend choosing names that are appropriate for the setting, and I use Google if I’m looking for historically appropriate names.

Is there one subject you would never write about as an author? What is it?
I won’t be writing a mathematics book any time soon – just saying.

What item, that you don't have already, would you most like to own?
A Mercedes SUV. Too shallow? I don’t care. GIMME ONE.
