When the door closed, she sat down on the bed again. Her heart was pounding. She had no doubt that this wasn't a fantasy for if it were, she'd have been naked and he'd have either been spanking her or be sunk deep inside her. Nope, this was definitely reality and it took her a moment to realize that this was good—no, not good—this was fantastic. How many men wouldn't have immediately taken her to bed and not just to nap? He wasn't only a great guy and a perfect Daddy, Trent was a gentleman.
Standing, she smiled and walked into the bathroom. By the time his knock sounded, she was slipping the last silver hoop earring into her ears. "It's open," she called out.
Trent pushed the door open and her breath caught when she walked out and saw him. God, he was the most incredibly handsome man she'd ever seen. She took a step towards him and then realized that he wasn't smiling.
"Um, are you okay?"
"Sunny, did I not make a lasting impression yesterday?"
"What?" She didn't miss the fact that he took a deep breath before he spoke again.
"Tell me, why did I spank you yesterday?"
Though she didn't understand his reason for asking, she did understand he expected an answer. "Because I behaved badly."
"How exactly did you behave badly, Sunny?"
Did he really expect her to list all those transgressions? "I thought you said once I was… um, punished, that all was forgiven."
"I did and you are," he said, still not having moved from the door. "However, when it is obvious the lesson wasn't truly learned, then I'll make sure it is repeated until it has been."
"I'm not sure what you expect me to say?" she said.
"I expect you to remember the reason why I had to bust your ass," he said, his voice a bit sterner and she felt the skin on that said ass begin to tingle. When she still didn't speak, he turned and made a show of gripping the edge of the door before flipping the security latch into its proper position and then shutting the door with a bang.
She jumped at the sound even as understanding dawned. "I'm sorry, I just put the latch like that so you could come inside if I was still in the bathroom." The look he gave her told her that excuse was not a good one. "I'm really sorry. I guess… no, I know that anyone could have come into my room. It was stupid. I won't do it again." For some reason, his nod did nothing to assuage the feeling that she'd really disappointed him. Making a decision that would set the tone of their future, she turned away and began to walk away. Before she took the second step, she was halted by his voice.
"I thought you promised never to run again."
"I'm not running, Daddy." Taking the last few steps, she returned and did what she needed to do, hoping that he understood why she was doing it. Handing him the brush she'd retrieved from the bathroom, she turned from him, reached up beneath her dress and tugged her panties down to her knees. Lifting her skirt, she placed her hands on the bend, supporting her weight and presented her bared bottom to her Daddy. She held her breath and closed her eyes.

I live in the great Lone Star state with my wonderful husband. I have always loved reading. Growing up in a family with four children, it was difficult finding a place to be alone. I was probably one of the squeakiest clean girls on the planet as I would spend hours in the tub so I could read without being bothered. It wasn’t long before I began to make up my own endings to the books I was reading. From there, it just seemed natural to begin writing my own stories.
I never try to restrict myself to any one genre because there are just too many delicious possibilities out there and inside my head. I admit to being somewhat of a romantic though as my stories always must have a great deal of love, passion, corporal discipline and, of course, great, mind-blowing sex. I want my readers to be able to see, hear, feel and know the characters that I’m creating as well as I do when I bring them to life and transfer their stories to paper. I want my women to be strong of character but also strong enough to know that submission given in love and trust to your partner does not make you weaker, it makes you far stronger. I want my men to be sexy, strong, demanding alpha males who know how to take what they want while acknowledging it is a gift they have been blessed with by the women that have chosen to submit to them. I want there to be no doubt that they truly would die for the other no matter how others might view their relationship.
